RESOLUÇÃO 001/2024
A Diretoria da FETRISC, com base na RESOLUÇÃO № 001/2023, DE 27 DE DEZEMBRO DE 2023 da CBTri, normatiza a implantação da Licença de Participação de Atletas não Registrados - Day Use, por meio dessa RESOLUÇÃO 001/2024 – FETRISC, em todo o território de Santa Catarina, em provas de Triathlon e suas derivações, sejam elas provas oficiais ou provas comerciais. Considerando:
A necessidade de fixação de limite máximo de valor de Day Use que se caracteriza como uma Licença de Participação de Atletas Não Registrados;
A Resolução expedida pela Confederação Brasileira de Triahtlon – CBTRi, que fixou o valor de Day Use em até R$ 60,00;
Considerando a aprovação pela Assembleia Extraordinária da FETRISC em 13.01.2024 da implantação da Licença De Participação De Atletas Não Registrados (Day Use), em Santa Catarina e incluída no Estatuto da Entidade.
RESOLVE:
Implantar, a partir de 2024, a LICENÇA DE PARTICIPAÇÃO DE ATLETAS NÃO REGISTRADOS - DAY USE, no valor de R$ 60,00 (sessenta reais), a qual será aplicada a todos os atletas que não estejam registrados no Sistema Desportivo do Triathlon Nacional, da CBTri;
A cobrança da Licença será exclusiva para provas de Triathlon em Santa Catarina, ficando os eventos de Duathlon, Aquathlon e provas derivadas, isentas da cobrança.
Esta Resolução entra em vigor em 01/02/2024, revogadas as Instruções em contrário.

RESOLUTION 001/2024
The Board of Directors of FETRISC, based on RESOLUTION No. 001/2023, dated December 27, 2023, issued by CBTri, hereby establishes the implementation of the Participation License for Unregistered Athletes – Day Use, through this RESOLUTION 001/2024 – FETRISC, throughout the State of Santa Catarina, for Triathlon events and their derivatives, whether official or commercial events.
Considering:
The need to establish a maximum fee for the Day Use, which constitutes a Participation License for Unregistered Athletes;
The Resolution issued by the Brazilian Triathlon Confederation – CBTri, which established the Day Use fee at a maximum amount of BRL 60.00;
The approval, by the Extraordinary General Assembly of FETRISC held on January 13, 2024, of the implementation of the Participation License for Unregistered Athletes (Day Use) in Santa Catarina, which was incorporated into the Entity's Bylaws.
RESOLVES:
To implement, as of 2024, the PARTICIPATION LICENSE FOR UNREGISTERED ATHLETES – DAY USE, in the amount of BRL 60.00 (sixty Brazilian reais), applicable to all athletes who are not registered in the National Triathlon Sports System of CBTri;
The License fee shall apply exclusively to Triathlon events held in the State of Santa Catarina. Duathlon, Aquathlon, and other derivative events shall be exempt from this fee.
This Resolution shall enter into force on February 1, 2024, revoking any provisions to the contrary.
